Request mirroring

We are always looking to host new projects on mirror.fsmg.org.nz to further our mission statement of providing good quality mirroring in New Zealand.

If you use our mirror and would like to see a project that you used mirrored, locally in New Zealand, you can help us by submitting ideas for new projects to mirror on the FSMG GitHub. If you see someone else has already requested the same project add a thumbs up to the issue so that we can the popularity of each request.

Since we are an organisation run by volunteers, it may take us some time to get to each request. We evaluate each request and prioritise based on a number of different criterea, such as:

• Popularity and demand for project in New Zealand
• Amount of disk space required (including expected growth)
• Quality of any existing mirrors
• Difficulty of mirroring project
